We turn on the oven.
Separate the yolks from the egg whites, leave the egg whites to cool.
Mix the yolks well with the sugar, butter and water.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
The flour is mixed with baking powder and cocoa, half of the quantity is sifted over the yolks and gradually it is mixed with the egg white foam, after which the rest of the flour is incorporated.
Chocolate cut into pieces is incorporated into the dough.
Place the muffin tins in a tray and fill them with composition only 3/4.
Bake over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
