Goulash

Cut onions and other vegetables as desired.

Cut the pork into cubes.

Put the olive oil in a 5 l pot, let it heat up, then add the finely chopped onion, cook very well then add the teaspoon of paprika and tomato paste, cook lightly then put the meat and wine and cooks well.

Add water, about 700 ml.

Let it boil. After half an hour, add the vegetables and spices, to taste.

Let it boil for another hour, until it forms its own juice.

When ready, add green parsley, finely chopped or other greens, to taste.

Serve with a garnish of potatoes or rice, spƤtzle or pasta.
