  • 4 tablespoons wholemeal flour
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar, or jam for filling (natural ones are made, homemade, without added sugar, such as: plum jam, natural strawberry jam, jam with chia seeds)

Steps needed to prepare

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. The yolks are left whole.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the mixer until they become hard foam.
  4. Gradually add the sugar and continue mixing with the mixer, preferably until the sugar crystals are no longer felt.
  5. Then add the yolks. Incorporate the flour and flour into the composition and mix with a wooden spoon.
  6. This composition is then poured into the tray in which I put the baking paper, and it is slightly uniform with the wooden spoon.
