The only difficulty you may have, in the realization of the recipe, is that of not being able to easily find the cheddar cheese, but in the fridge usually, there are also cheddar slices, so, in case, you can opt for those.
How to make stuffed burgers
Chop the bacon with a knife or in a blender.
Put the minced meat in a bowl of vegetables, add the chopped bacon, salt and pepper and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the mixture into 8 balls, which you will flatten into burgers.
Place a wedge of cheddar cheese in the center of the burger halves. Close to form burgers with the cheese inside.
Heat a grill, when it is hot, cook the burgers a couple of minutes on each side.
When cooked, add salt, then serve the stuffed burgers hot.
