The apple loaf is a fantastic dessert, made along the lines of the more classic orange bread. I had already tried a recipe with lemon instead of orange, but this version Apple pie I would say it is no less. How to make apple loaf
First wash the apples, remove the cores and cut them into pieces, then blend them with all the peel.
Then proceed with the dough: put the apple puree in a bowl, add the eggs, oil and sugar and mix.
Add the lemon juice and grated rind, then add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and cook for about 30 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.
The apple loaf is ready: let it cool completely, decorate with icing sugar and serve.
